I’ve worked on customer advocacy projects ranging from customer reviews and Gartner Peer Insights initiatives to video testimonials and customer stories - helping turn positive customer experiences into content and social proof that build trust in the brand.
My work with Pentera included developing customer review initiatives that helped increase positive Gartner Peer Insights reviews by 12%. Pentera was subsequently recognized as a 2026 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice.

Owned the project from A–Z, turning a customer story into a polished testimonial video. I prepared the materials, coordinated the filming day, shaped the story during editing by selecting the key quotes, structure, and B-roll, and managed the final client approval.
Pentera & ALDO GROUP
This one was filmed on-site at PenteraConnect NYC, a Pentera customer event, which I also organized. It was a fun one to work on because we got to capture the story in the middle of the event. I coordinated the filming, worked with the Sales and Customer Success teams on what we wanted to capture, and then shaped the footage into the final story. It’s always nice when a customer story feels natural and reflects the actual experience behind it.
